Strawberry Jam at (f)routland



Another lovely morning at  f)routeland making strawberry jam.  I used a mixed berry recipe from Megan Radaich  but I used all strawberries as that was what was cheap and in season.  I doubled the quantity but wished I hadn’t as  the setting point for jam is much easier to control in small batches. Still the jam was perfect.
